That is incorrect. The needs of the many are what’s important in communisms.
If the many need Iron workers, you go do iron work. You don’t get a choice.
In capitalism, you get to do what you want. As long as you can figure out how to make enough money to do it. You don’t want to be an Iron Worker, quit and go work somewhere else. If you quit in communism, you disappear. Jail, prison, or worse.
